Sermon – “Satan’s Fate” – by Garner Ted Armstrong, 1997

Jude 1: 13
“13Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.”

Satan the Devil is a fallen arch angel – a created spirit being. Neither he nor his one third of the fallen angels, the demons, over which he rules and who he persuaded to rebel against God, can die. What then is to happen to Satan and his minions when Christ returns to Earth to put down, not just the human kingdoms of this world, but the evil, satanic rule of Satan the Devil.

Bible scholars know that a “star” is a metaphor for an angel. A wandering star is a demon. Garner Ted Armstrong takes us through the Biblical pronouncements of the fate that awaits Satan and his demons.
