Luke 17:26-27
“26And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.”
Was the Flood real? Jesus Christ thought so and legitimated the story, just as he did the story of Jonah when He gave as the only enduring sign of His resurrection the fact that He would be in the tomb three days and three nights, as was Jonah in the belly of the fish. So are we approaching the conditions of Noah’s day?
