Exactly what the Trump administration intends to do about the impending threats from North Korea is far from clear. But the news on that front keeps getting worse. We’ve already seen a demonstration of ICBM capability that seemed to catch everyone off guard. Since then we’ve seen reports of high levels of activity at North Korea’s nuclear complexes, and claims that U. S. satellite technology has revealed that Kim Jong-un may have much more fissionable fuel than suspected.
This week we’ve learned of another Trump travel ban, this time warning Americans not to travel to North Korea unless they want their passport revoked. We’ve seen examples over recent years of Americans imprisoned on espionage charges and treated terribly by the isolated regime. The case of 22-year-old Otto Warmbier, recently released from a North Korean prison and returned to the United States in a coma only to die a few days later is fresh in everyone’s memory.
Now the Trump administration is advising all Americans in North Korea to leave immediately. It seems that some are in fact working as English teachers at a private North Korean university, and it will be of interest to see if they’re allowed to leave as has been recommended. There are another three Americans imprisoned there, and that can’t be good. Dennis Rodman must be heartbroken about the prospects for his continued friendship with Kim Jong-un, but there is word that exceptions will be granted. Use your imagination.
Every military expert has drawn the darkest of scenarios regarding the potential of military conflict with North Korea. They figure that tens, or even hundreds of thousands might perish if the North should unleash thousands of conventional rockets aimed at Seoul and Tokyo. But the prospect of ICBM’s able to deliver nuclear weapons on U. S. targets is also untenable. News that Americans have been advised to evacuate may mean something is about to give.
There’s trouble in Jerusalem, with Arabs blocking access to the Western Wall, blocking streets and battling with Israeli police over Netanyahu’s security policies on the Temple Mount. He’s installed a metal detector for visitors to the Dome of the Rock, and limited Muslim access to women, children and men over 50 years of age. Protests and street clashes are under way as the eternal battle for control of the Temple Mount continues.
It won’t be long before the pope gets in the middle of this controversy, he’s injected himself into every other geopolitical dispute on earth. We knew by his pronouncements that he was sympathetic to the poor pitiful plight of homosexuals. We didn’t know that he’d act like nothing had happened even when his close confidants were caught in the middle of debauchery in the palatial “holy office.” No, he’s more concerned about global warming and that Muslim refugees are being coddled without suspicion. He, and his “proxies” that keep writing pretentious nonsense against our culture and traditions have made this the most anti-Western culture papacy in modern history. He claims that Christians and Muslims worship the same God by a different name, even though Christians and Muslims would tend to disagree. It appears that he may be more interested in gaining support from the Muslim world than in the West! This is a big deal, and one we won’t shy away from in upcoming publications.
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump is being impeached vicariously Live on national television, nightly. Network anchors salivate and hyperventilate hour after hour, as they have for many months now. It does look like a fight to the death, either of the Trump presidency or of the viability of the news media. There is a major problem that should have been tackled long before it spun out of control. Who on earth could survive a team of lawyers greedily pilfering through a lifetime of contacts, business deals and transactions in search of the appearance of some malfeasance or other? Each one is in hopes of credit for bringing down an administration hated by the mainstream media, hated by the minions ensconced in government agencies by Obama, hated by the illegal alien and refugee network that has learned to profit handsomely by participation in America’s downfall. If any one of those ravenous jackals achieves that “honor,” the pope will probably grant him or her sainthood, or at least unlimited indulgences.
The idea that America might be returned to its foundation, might again seek God’s influence and blessing is so reprehensible that many are flirting with anger bordering on murderous insanity. Trump has to be stopped before anything further is done to damage the path toward the ultimate defeat and permanent dissolution of the American ideal. They thought it was a done deal, and it may be. We’ll have a daily Constitutional crisis for the foreseeable future until the man who is spoiling all the socialist’s dreams has been chased out of power. It’s going to be a bloodbath, one way or the other.

The Bible is about one third prophecy, and most prophecy concerns the period of time known as “the time of the end” (Dan. 12:9) and “the end of the world (age).”(Matt. 24:3). It is a time also known as “Jacob’s trouble”, (Jeremiah 30:7). But who is “Jacob”? Everyone has heard of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob surely. But Jacob’s name was changed to “Israel” – meaning ‘who prevails with God” or “Triumphant with God” following Jacob’s epic wrestle with an ‘angel’. (Gen. 32:28 and 35:10).
At the very end of his life Israel (formerly Jacob) blessed the two sons of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, and NAMED his name on them. (Read all of Genesis 48). Therefore the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh rightly carry the name “Israel”, and a vast number of prophecies concerning “Israel” actually relate primarily to those two tribes (now nations), and to a lesser extent the other eleven tribes sprung from his twelve sons, including Judah – the Jews.
